I am actually starting tomorrow ladies and i can really use the support. Right now just sipping my tea and got everything ready for that good ol flush in morning. My goal is to embark on a new way of eating and improving my overall health. I am getting ready for an improvement!

Wonder is that salts taste better. I tried the salt water flush and just could not do it. OAN: cute protective do you have a video/tutorial on the 2nd style?
I have been following your natural hair journey and I have been so inspired. I have just did my BC on December 19th so I am still a newbie. Your hair has come such a long way and you should be so proud. I wish I was there because I am tired to this twa =/ I also have joined NaturalJourney on the Master Cleanse as well but I haven't documented anything yet. @shuganaps....Thanks so much. I can't wait for this thing to grow out but I do love it. On the MC, I have been struggling every now and again, craving something to eat. I chewed a piece of gum to try and keep it together. Outside of that, its going ok but I know I will be waaaay better on the Daniel Fast than this because at least I will get to eat something =) How have you guys been coming along? Today is day three, tomorrow is day four so we are getting close to the mark, yaay!!
I would be glad to share. I plan on doing a video on this meal but here are the basics: A plate of brown rice covered with black beans and browned onions with sliced tomatoes and fried plantian on the side. There's on a few ingredients but its very filling and if you are eating with any non-vegetarians you can steam/broil/fry them some fish. It is hard keeping the menu fresh and alive. Brown rice is my stable. To that I add all types of beans and mixed veggies in Chinese type sauces.
Happy new year. how would you feel about sharing some of the veg meals you've prepared last year and will be preparing this year. i've thought about switching to a veg lifestyle but after a week ran out of meal ideas
