Axl was the new model of reploid that can transform. This is like 100-200 year latter, soo Albert must be one of those reploid model. Probably that all there name start with the letter A too identify them.

Model A isn't based off of Axl,even if it seemed like that at the beginning. It's a direct clone of Albert,thus making it 'Model A'.

I'm aware. Storywise Model A isn't related to Axl at all. But no one can deny that the design of Model A is heavily influenced by Axl. Homing attack would be unbalanced and annoying to program which is why I chose for Axl's rapid fire instead. I'm giving some other characters such as the guardian models some attacks from their real reploid counterparts as well.

I'm using the music from the arranged soundtracks and sound effects ripped from the DS games. So I got sound pretty much covered. Sprites is another story. I did some requests for sprites on the Sprites Inc forums but no one wants to do them because they're not that easy.

Prometheus is the biggest problem, he needs running, jumping and dashing sprites. Model F would need a sprite where she shoots in a 45° angle up and down.

I'm trying to add some "hommages" to other Megaman games you could say. Such as attacks. Model X can't use the sabre in the same way as ZX, he can only use 1 slash and he can't move while doing so. It's basicly the Z-sabre attack X has in X6.

Same thing for Model A, you might notice that rapid-fire has yellow and blue shots, which is Axl's rapid-fire from X8.

I honestly don't know anymore I'm afraid. This started out as a college project for a programming class so for a while I was able to work on this 16 hours per day. But now I have other college projects to do and I have to continue working on it in my spare time, so for the last 2 months I've been progressing much slower than before I'm afraid. But I continue working on it as much as I can.
