See TomAwtry, this is the real Obama coming out of the closet after he has secured the nomination. When will you people learn, there is only one party in this country, the demopublicans, and they are both our enemies.

It does not get more obvious than this, Obama said late last year that he would filibuster to stop FISA and now he has turned around and supported the bill and even cloture.

This legislation makes a mockery of the second amendment, so much for the integrity of "mr. change"

People have such short memories. Our founders predicted exactly what is happening. Why do we not listen to them? Giving up liberty for security is NEVER acceptable. Upholding our traditions is more favorable an option than death.

If the republican would agree to take out the part about retroactive immunity for the phone companies, then there would be no problem. If this bill were to pass with the immunity in tact, then what's next? Any agency can go along with whatever the administration wants them to, and knowingly break the law but also know they can get immunity, no matter what terror they could have caused to innocent people.
