  • gheto ass kitchen

  • @ezkill99 ignorant

  • Im sorry, but that grossed me out listening to your nails scrapping on that cutting board while you played wit that raw meat! Eww!

  • instead of cornstarch can u use flour?

  • where the chop sticks at?

  • next time you should add some ginger

  • OH Man!! i might make this for my family tonight! Thanks girl. you always make the best food! P.S That talapia was GONE when i made it earlier this week. no one had any left on their plates.

  • 1 cup of salt!! Yeah If you wanna die!

  • You go girl!

  • Nice!

  • Nice!

  • oh no you didn't!

  • Thank you!!!!! loving all d videos!

  • She kinda looks like a young Pam Grier.Should have put some of that down home punch in there too...

  • PLease keep the recipes coming! My husband and I lovvvvvvved the sweet and sour chicken!!!!!

  • I want to marry you

  • your hands better be clean aunt jemima

  • cross contamination touching the meat then the spoon, cornstarch box, oyster sauce ect.

  • @brooklynbrown1990 If you already didnt know... you can eat steak raw in other words doesnt matter if you touch other stuff after touching steak. That is if the cow isnt fed on only grass

  • im going to cook this tonight for my family! good job god bless

  • lol im like those are MY LABELS (15 sec) im a butcher at a HEB store (san antonio)

  • cam corders need a 'smell' mic

  • Made this tonight and it turned out great! Keep the vids coming girlfriend

  • the bottom of your pans must be all scratched.. that doesn't sound good

  • @sabsupertoll as you can see that's why she is using a plastic spoon so it will not scratch the bottom of the pan. You should never use metal spoons, forks etc on those kinds of pots and pans.

  • @RosefromPittsburgh thats not what i ment, i ment the under side of the pan.

  • those are beautiful......onions.

  • hi girl...love your vids..especially the cooking ones...you make it very easy for me to follow your recipes...im going to cook this for my hubby when he gets home from leave in korea...thanks again and keep them coming...God Bless

  • I added teriyaki. I think I came

  • Good video!!

  • you fancy huh

  • THIS IS A GREAT VIDEO AND YOU ARE SO CUTE!!!

  • The pan is not right for stir fry. You need a thinner lighter pan. A stir fry pan will get hotter and you won't have to cook your meat and vegetables for that long. Also, if you continue to slide it over the burners your cookware will get all scratched up.

  • it look tasty and you look drunk thanks ..

  • oyster sauce makes everything better!

  • dear god, oyster sauce does taste good, but the first few minutes it's cooking it SMELLS bad. i was regretting using it the first time i tried it because of the smell, but it tasted so good.

  • Would you use the same seasonings if you had used shrimp or chicken?

  • How long do you cook the onions and bell peppers before putting the meat in?

  • that look sooo good ateyaa

  • i love your cooking videos but it annoys me when you talk with food in your mouth and you smack

  • A cup of damn SALT???!!

  • dayum love the way u cook u would make a great asian wife

  • that pepper steak look dry as hell lmfao

  • Great Receipt!!!

  • Oi!!!!! adoro seus videos, voce e maravilhosa!!!!! amo muito tudo isso, suas receitas wow!!!! sem palavras, muito sucesso para voce.

  • I think you are doing a great job. At home cooking is Much healthier than take out because you can control whats in it. I use to use Jenny Low " Chopsticks, Cleaver & Wok " cookbook All natural and no msg. By the way you look terrific

  • you fine as hell

  • Smooth complexion?

  • add a lil ginger too like the minced garlic and see how u like that

  • omg dis was posted on my bday!!!

  • looks delicious, im going to try to make it today, thanks

  • the food look like the cook, if you know what i mean

  • i made it befor and all i needed was onyons bellpeppers they are red and green creamcheeas and chease with butter vinager raw meat i used steak and what she had

  • I love it!!!

  • I do something very similar but I also put in some jalapenos for heat. I also cook the meat first and put in the veggies last and just let them heat up and not cook all the way. That way they are still crispy and add some texture variety.

  • Thanks. I never knew what to use oyster sauce on. Props to your camera person too. Doing a good job

  • carmalized onions peppers mixed with beef....omg!

  • mmm, I can't almost smell it thru my monitor. lol

  • omg I just did this recipe and I'm hooked thanks ateyaa

  • I made the crawfish etoufee last night and these wings today. Both were delicious.....my son was impressed

  • OO my husband is coming in 2 days, ill def be making this for him~!!

  • l0ok guud

  • l0ok guud

  • This was so good! Thanks Ateyaa! The hubby looooved it! I added shrimp to it and it was delicious. The only thing was at the beginning of this video it says something about seasoning the meat with 1 cup of salt. That had to be a typo!

  • The 1 cup of salt thing was part of the recipe for the paula deen seasoning she always uses. You season the meat to your liking with the paula deen season. I hope people werent putting a cup of salt on their meat lol

  • lol. I know right!?

  • @Shannyt1399 lolo i know

  • you go girl....definitely trying this recipe today!! thanks for sharing sis and happy new year!!

  • OMG. I can't wait to try this. I've made this dish before, but the ARGO and the Oyster sauce placed a new spin on it. It looks delicious. You really can find your way around a kitchen quite nicely. Thanks for the hair tips AND the cooking lessons.

  • hmm! am trying this tomorrow! lol...

  • to anyone, what is the cornstarch for?

  • typically you use cornstarch as a thickener. For example, if you are making a sauce that is turning out to be too watery, you can add some cornstarch to make it more viscous (i.e. thicker).

  • okay thank you cos im about to go and make it now. I just wanted to check over the video 1st b4 hand to make sure. I forgot to get cornstarch tho. thanks again soft heart..lol hope it comes out good

  • Looks good, im getting some great ideas. One suggestion: If you use a wooden spatula you would have less arm bending( i say wooden because the plastic ones can melt and to me its just better, less harmful on my pots). Spatula ets in the corners of the pot real well and can cut any oversized pieces while its in the pot alot better.

  • yummo I will be tryin this 4 sure. Ateya one thing i did notice. Just wanted to point it out for your own safey ur handel on you nonstick just make sure u have it inward so u don't accidently swipe it off the stove. I can't wait to try this tho, I see we have something in comen. Those plates i have the white once from food network once.. good job girly

  • my mouth is watering, AWSOME job!!

  • Looks absolutely delicious.....to all those wanna be haters...there is more than one way to cook...as long as it taste good to the person cooking and eating it.

  • your right it does look really good

  • Never.... ever.... cut a pepper steak before cooking... Best way is to use FILET ONLY grill and put into sauce..... it will be the best..... anything else is generic...

  • great way of doing this recipe simple quck n very easy.

  • Why so loud?

  • I put oyster sauce and chili sauce, with soy sauce in my shrimp ramen noodles:) And looves it:)

  • Oyster sauce is the shit

  • I am a chinese cook, and i have a diffrent technic on how to do pepper steak. not that yours is wrong it just diffrent. you forgot to add MSG ^_^

  • Us black people don't like to cook with MSG because it's unhealthy. Personally I don't want my blood pressure to rise.

  • the msg part was kind of a joke you know.

  • @deeshock

Kind of ironic as that the majortiy of african americans eat fried foods and other unhealthy foods.

  • @kvnyng Did Billy Bob the science teacher tell you that in 9th grade before you dropped out?

  • @tronclay

lol. You're funny as you know nothing about me.

So shut the fuck up troll.

  • @kvnyng

lol. And you're fucking ignorant as you know nothing about african americans "in general". Theres a word for generazling people based on their race, its called Racism. And theres a term for people who are racist. They are called "Ignorant, unedcuated backwoods fucks who should learn to shut their fuckin mouths and become something more than a jug blowing hick"

Its a big term but if you concentrate, you can finish it all.

  • @zombotics

Damn someones butthurt and trying way too heard on youtube lol.

  • @kvnyng lol

  • @deeshock Isn't soul food the definition of unhealthy though?

  • @MengoMango no

  • @MengoMango No it isn't!

  • @deeshock what does race have to do with it? haha

  • Looks good cant wait to try it

  • Ur so beautiful

  • You go girl!!!

  • The pan wasn't hot enough, you did a saute not stir fry

  • you know ateyaa i HATE onions, but i don't know there's something about the ones in your dish lol they just look good

  • Looks good. I'll definitely be trying this one!

  • you should are sambal belachan to that... add kicks to it

  • I'm going to try this recipe using vegetarian pepper steak I get in china town. I hope my vegetarian version comes out great!

  • Ateyaa, what is the name of the cookware u r using.. it seems nonstick. Your meal came out great..Loves it girl.

  • In an much older video she says they are Rachael Ray cookware I believe.

  • She mentioned in a earlier video I believe in her shrimp curry vid that her cook ware is by Rachel Ray. I saw Rachel Ray cook ware on Sale at Ross on Friday.

  • Comment removed

  • i made this. then i served myself. when i went back to the pot. there was no more. lol. thanks. it was great ill be making it again.

  • Hey I got a tip. I did try Ateeya's recipie I just tweaked it a bit. The Oysters sauce did nothing for me. So I added my old time favorite Maggi Browning sauce. It gives a nice flavor and you can cut back on Soy sauce. Also I have done this before my way using ground ginger. Asian's use alot of ginger in cooking. Gives an authentic flavor.

  • Ateeyas' cooking videos are my absolute favorite:) (And yes, I'm greedy, also:) I can't wait to try your recipe, all recipes is too much, keep it simple:)!!!!

  • yay i think i can cook this, nice and simple

  • I cooked this for my hubby, but I added tomatos and I also let it cook longer so it really wasnt a stir-fry but it was really good. I also added peppers... its sort of like an Eritrean/ Ethiopian dish

  • This looks good, but instead of using steak I will replace with Morningstar Veggie Steak strips. Doing the vegetarian thing, sis. (Smile).
