Also, Paul leading by 2PPG, 1APG, 1.5RPG, and 1.4SPG might not seem like much, but when you consider 2 guys playing same position, that's a pretty sizable diff. Look up chris paul videos it will show you better crossovers. He makes defenders go different ways with misdirection and he makes them fall. I would NEVER want Utah to trade Deron for Paul. Paul wouldnt last one game in a Jazz jersey. A PG for the Jazz has to be able to be constantly setting screens, posting up, a lot of dirty work. Booz and memo couldnt shut down bynum and pau and there isnt much deron can do about that. He tried double teaming them but that just left kobe and fish open for3. Now that booz is out(who played no D at all) and al jeff is in(who is slightly bettr at d) they might have a chance against the lakers if any. Millsap is undersized at pf but plays a

@Joe14Webb OK, that's my mistake on the assists, if Paul was at Deron's 400 games, he'd lead him by about 350 assists.
Also, Paul leading by 2PPG, 1APG, 1.5RPG, and 1.4SPG might not seem like much, but when you consider 2 guys playing same position, that's a pretty sizable diff. Deron's coming out party in the 2006-07 Playoffs was overachieving Jazz advancing to W. Semi's; lost to eventual champs Spurs. He single-handedly dominated D's, and caused double, even triple teams.

Everyone jumped on the DWILL bandwagon, becauseeven w/out advancing to Finals he proved he had the potential to be one of the most dynamic offensive PG's ever, all the commentators were saying it, and all the hardcore fans too,and tbh it looked like he would become the best PG in the L hands down but since then Williams has failed to impress me, and so I'll still take CP3 #1

I give DRose a better shot than either of them to win one 1st. Boozer's a solid post player, Noah's a top rebounder/good defender. Deng's ability to create shots takes some pressure off Rose.
In career #'s Paul owns Williams in every major category, including PPG, RBG, APG, SPG, T/O PG, FG%, FT%, the only category DWILL has him beat in are BPG, and 3P%, just barely beats him in those. I don't know what world you live in, but apparently it's some kind of alternate reality

In his best season CP3 was MVP runner-up, and DWILL hasn't even made 1st team all-NBA yet. In theory DWILL would be a better PG, he's built like Chauncey Billups, and drives like Dwyane Wade, but that theory doesn't really translate into better #s. The W/L argument is pretty close considering Paul's wins are almost equal, and arguably DWILL has better teammates.

Its not actually that Deron has a better crossover, Look at the videos hes not crossing hes just blowing by them with speed thus more athlectic. Look up chris paul videos it will show you better crossovers. He makes defenders go different ways with misdirection and he makes them fall. Deron just allows them to reach or might a slight mistake on the defense and he outspeeds them to the cup hint the athlectisim.

Cp3 is my boy. I am from New Orleans and have been a fan of Cp3 since the beginning. He is one of the best players in the nba. In all honesty though, I would rather have Williams, I think he will have a better career and is better right now. Chris Paul may always be more hyped but Dwill will always be better.
