@kyuzoRAMPAGE Well, the 1969-1991 Scooby-Doo episodes had a LOT more sound effects than these. But "What's New Scooby-Doo" did use several of these for their majority of classic sound effects (and there weren't many.)
Random slightly off-topic comment: There's a 1990s childrens video game I play occasionally called "Cartoon Carnival" (a Hanna-Barbera-themed tie-in licence consisting of mini-games), with a "sound memory" game (similar to that memory game played with cards). They used a bunch of H-B sound effects in a couple of the rounds. Very cool. Some of the effects heard here were used.
Very nice, I love sound effects, but my three favorites that are not heard here are in Disney and they are the screeching tires, the wobbly guitar cord and the goofy holler.
there's one sound effect that was in the jetsons that i really wanted to know. the sound effect was used when the robots were playing football and they crash into each other.
This was the time when Bill Hendricks screwed up the Looney Tunes SFX and added mostly HB SFX to the cartoons.

Is the bomb diving whistle part of the library? I loved how they used that for Wile E. when he falls.
