  • OK - I failed at attaching a video (well the correct one anyways)

For some real pain - use a solid roller, think wine bottle/length of drainpipe etc.

    Respect.

  • The foam roller and myo balls are now the most widely known and used self myofascial release methods. The ShiatsuBag is a new simple product that combines the benefits of both therapies and is lightweight and portable

  • Those work great!

  • when did you become a partner?!

  • i always have been mate!

  • This is definitely a fabulous idea for those aches and pains! Great job introducing us to this Jase! And P.S. your legs are NOT fat! haha

  • thanks

  • Wow, I've never seen anything like that! I'll have to be sure to get one.

  • I use foam rollers often. I think the word "foam" throws people off, thinking that foam is soft and nice. These things are HARD and I agree Jason, you really have to work through some discomfort to get the benefits. Good video to introduced people to foam rollers if they have not seen them before.

  • Wow, I'm pissed my personal trainer hasn't told me about them. Where can I get them in Melbourne?

  • i have to get one of them !

where do you buy them Jase?

  • Mark,
