this is a great ad. leaves you in total suspense. it tells you so much and so little about them. using a mariachi band to cover your hit single (also a cover, don't get me wrong)? Doesn't get any better!

This is a pretty strange ad...and it's not totally effective you don't actually get to hear any of the actual white stripes music from the album it just gives you a bunch of critics comments on the album. No need to go off on anyone.

If that's a real commercial (simply don't know...) that's for the White Stripes latest album, "Icky Thump" .. and yes, it's as good as the ad says! All their albums, anyways.. "Conquest" is one of the songs of the album, a cover, here played by Mariachi type band :)
