I'm trying to conceive now.

I teach Body Pump, Body Balance, yoga, pilates and cycle.

How many classes did you teach a week in your pregnancy???

(I know you're a mum now!) Have you gone back to teaching?

Yeh I am! I participated in about 3-4 classes a week and stopped at 36 weeks as I was really tired. I haven't gone back to teaching yet, your whole life changes, I would like to but I don't know when.

I used cloth. I think it's better for the environment and better for bubs bum. Plus it's way cheaper. And they make them have a cute nappy bum lol. I think you made a great choice :-D

well apparently thats what the doctor said it was when I asked him about it. He didn't really explain it to me though and it is getting bigger.

I'm 17wks and I can't wait to feel kicks! I feel flutters every now and then but I'm ready for the kicks!! lol. This is my 1st girl and I'm excited!! Good luck and Congrats!

Cobgratulations! The kicks are awsome, I kinda feel sad for Simon my hubby who doesn't get to feel them, I suppose he will when hte baby is bigger. We will be due around the same time then.

Thanks Smudgey. I did watch half of your last vid but couldn't watch it all (I was in a hurry) and I couldn't help notice your friend talking about my pregnancy diaries. Tell her I'm not crazy, I think she thinks I am...lol.

lol, nah she doesn't think your crazy. She thinks I'M crazy. We were checking my email and she saw one of those "Someone has replied to your comment on "Pregnancy Journal - Week 17"" emails. She was a little curious as to why i was subscribed to the journal of a pregnant woman. I explained to her that I was subscribed to TheGraceDiaries and the pregnanccy journal was only one part of that.

With your supposed "hernia" are you sure its not your abs? I could be totally wrong but yeah! It dosnt hurt does it or uncomfortable?

With your "hernia" When u go to prenatal clinics at the hospital ask them about it coz they should definately be able to tell you what it is!

Also love the vid i always enjoy watching your vids!

And with the nappies thing! As you said its yours and Simons descision about what nappies to you coz you are the parents and ppl tend to not understand that all pregnancys are different so what they went through u may or may not go through the same thing! they can give you advice but thats it!

Yeh I will when I hear form the hospital. I am also changing doctors...yey!! I have my scan this Friday and then I will se Dr.Crap and tell him that since I've moved I'm changing to a doctor that is closer to home (which is true). A girl at my church who is due right near me (oct 28th) goes to a really good one that is close by so I'm going to change to their.

Thats awesome that u are going to change drs! Hopefully this dr is way better than the last 2! And explains everything to you! Don't forget to tell them that its your first pregnancy and u want to know more information about what you may experience!

I used to make videos on how it was hard to get pregnant, it took us 6 months to fall pregnant. Good luck and I hope you are able to make videos about your journey (even before you get pregnant).

I have a hernia also, but its not the same as yours. Have you spoken to the dr at all about it causing any problems during pregnancy or even not during pregnancy?

My doctor is CRAP, seriously, when I asked him about it he just informed me it was a hernia and that it was fine and there was nothing I can do about it. What is yours like? My is getting bigger as my stomach is getting bigger.

My stomach muscle is wrapped around my stomach and kind of follows it into my diaphragm. It is so hard to explain. It caused more problems during pregnancy, I guess cause everything gets so smushed. :)
