  • The stand is a standard lighting stand with a spigot on the top. Lastolite sell these separately or as part of an Ezybox Hotshoe kit.

    The Ezybox hotshoe plate is fully adjustable (in and out or up and down) so it can pretty much accommodate any flash gun. You will have no problems with the two Canon guns you mentioned.

  • What type of stand are you using? Does it come with the ezybox or did you purchase a simple flash stand?

    I have the canon 580ex and 430 ex. Would that work well with the lastolite ezybox?
