Interesting. Maybe you need larger foils?
Look into the lift formula: L=500*V*V*S*Cl, where L is the lift in Newton (0,1kg), V is the velocity in m/s, S is the (horizontal) foil area and Cl the lift coefficient (est 0.3-1)
