I think this is terrible but I don't believe the state should be forced into financial responsibility in times of economic hardship. Why? I personally think actual genetic errors should be sterilized. Mentally handicapped people aren't always the result of genetics.

I also don't think people should sterilize socially unfit people or random people out on the streets with bad genes; instead, a government funded organization that pays genetically superior families to breed.

We need unnatural selection because we now have almost no natural selection. Humankind will get dumber over time because dumber people simply reproduce more.
