@313HealthyMe I did the recipe and I did make a couple of changes. I added vanilla powder, Lucuma and Maca powder, I also used pecans and walnuts instead of macadamia and almonds. It is wonderful. I will try to upload the finish item so you can see. thanks for the recipe.
@fontrella OH MY! I feel a YUM commin' on (hahaha). I can almost taste that variation and I LIKE IT! Gonna have to give your version a try too. Thank's so much. Once you get your video up please post it to this one as a response so I can (as well as others) give it a try. the RawFoodMuscle couple would probably appreciate it as a response as well (I'm just guessing). Anyway, I love, love, love all the variations to this and look forward to yours.
@1958DeeDot WELCOME BACK TO YOUR RAW-NESS (lol). Glad to know you are eating your raw foods again. I sometimes go in and out but for the next 365 days, I will remain about 90% raw (or better).
@1958DeeDot TY hun, I have so much fun prep'ing food that I hardly have enough room in my stomach to eat it all. Have to rely on my Son (who loves the Raw food) to eat it when he comes home...hahaha
@PointingTheWeigh Hey there sis! Been missin' ya and glad to read your comments to my vids once again. The nuts made the cereal hold up to the almond milk just GREAT. The Buckwheat groats do the same. Adding a bit of a crunch to the cereal makes it good for a snack too.
@Seedcovers TY I love this cereal because it tastes so good and I know exactly what is in it because I put it there...hahahah. I actually picked up the apple core tool from the dollar tree (discount store in my area).
@kedanpie4409 I have not eaten it without dehydrating however when I taste it to make sure it has all the flavor I want, it tastes very good so you could probably eat it without dehydrating. The only thing that I am not sure of is the buckwheat groats. I add them to give the cereal some "crunch" and make it stay longer in the almond milk without going soggy. If you are gonna eat it without dehydrating maybe you want to BLEND ALL the groats.
Thank you so much I am going to try this recipe. I already have these ingredients.

I sometimes use baking paper in my excalibur when all my teflex sheets are used, baking paper works well.
I just LOVE the idea of putting nuts into this mixture before dehydrating..thanks!!
Love to ya sis x

Hi I always enjoy your recipes. Can you eat this like it is after pulsing if you don't have a dehydrator. thanks

Hi I always enjoy watching your recipes. If you don't have a dehydrator can you eat it like it is after blending. Thanks
