Brother Asalamalikum, the thing is that this was not celebrated in Nabi Muhammad s.a.s time, Allah and His Messenger knows best, if he were to celebrate it then it wud have been a good thing, he only said our celebrations are the 2 eids, check tht hadith if u will, every other religion celebrates certain birthdays, we don't follow the kuffars but we are Muslims submitting to Allah 's will, May Allah guide us all and Grant You and I jannatul firdous al Ala and us all. ameen.
