Would've been better if you hadn't used clips from your other Wilshere video, but it's still good nonetheless. What really impresses me about Wilshere is how he was thrown in against Madrid and Juve but still played some cooly and composed. Not to mention confidence.

Tbh I think he is ready for the first team, although he is small he can get away from any physical challenges, a bit like Walcott. Wenger is trying to shield Wilshere from the limelight so it doesn't get to his head. Players of his age can easily become big-headed. I think he will play in the FA Cup and of course the Carling Cup. I wouldn't go as far as the league and Europe as when Nasri and Rosicky return Wilshere and Merida probably wouldn't make the bench.
