The only reason I videotaped the illegal sale of pit bulls is that it was happening RIGHT in front of the officer. Of course, if the same thing happened with a drug deal, I would videotape. Do you also suggest I seek out a rape, or a murder? When you celebrate your 12th birthday, write back. You might make sense then.
