So he's going to give his general the troops he needed --- a year after the guy said he needed them.

He asked for them last May, he said he needed them immediately. Obama waits 7 months to give him an answer. What is his answer? He'll send his general most of the soldiers he asked for -- come May. A year after he needed them.
