The bin men only take one bin per house so these people dump their excess rubbish on the street! They openly spoken about having infestations of mice/cockroach and bed bugs like its the norm! We have West Indians/Spanish/English & Indians & the street was clean & free from vermin until Romanians moved in so in my experience they have low dirty standards of living
