  • what are your settings please love the civic and tsukuba

  • left foot braking maniac

  • Champion

  • what is your setting ,

  • its kmh not mph no civic in gt5 accelerates in mph like this

  • How in fuck?! What kind of mods are these?

  • @No0031 probably all of them lol.

    I clocked a 0:59,07 in an RE-Amemiya RX7 with sport tires.

this must have at least 400bhp and soft race tires

  • @serginietor my Rx-7 Spirit R gets 54ish as well [on sport soft], you could probably improve your time with different settings as I'm sure a tuned Amemiya is faster than a tuned Rx7. I wonder how much differences racing softs make on his Civic..... I don't believe a Civic can be as fast as my modified R35 GTR on SportSofts I haven't tweaked the settings to their peak performance yet but this video makes me question alot of things.0.... : / We can compare set ups when i get back from college :]

  • @No0031 well, my rx7 wasn't tuned, it was all stock (374bhp and 1240 kg), except for the suspension and differential settings, as well as the gear ratios. I could have clocked about a 0:58.5 with some practice, but I was happy enough with a sub-minute time, so..

regarding this video, thinking about it, it definitely has everything tweaked. If you pay attention, even the gear ratios top at 210-220kmh.

  • @serginietor Just means either GT5 slicks are unrealistic or I underestimate the power of a riceburner with racing tyres :)

  • @No0031 you are indeed, underestimating it lol

I don't know, this weekend I'll buy one of those civics, max it out and try out some laps on tsukuba..

if I can get a time under 1 minute without tweaking the suspension or the differential too much, then yes, we were underestimating the legendary civic!!!

  • @serginietor Its definately the spoiler :P post how you get on, I don't have access to a PS3 till November.

  • @No0031 oh, that's tough :S

yeah, keep reminding me until friday, just in case I forget lol

I know, right? that spoiler makes all the difference in the world! and the aftermarket rims as well!!!

  • @serginietor It's FRIDAY FRIDAY GOTTA GET DOWN ON FRIDAY.

  • @No0031yeah, i was looking forward to the weekend aswell.

by the way, perfect timing, i just turned on the ps3 and you reminded me to pimp up a civic... I'll let you know how it goes.

  • @No0031 i managed a 0:56 with almost every upgrade except for fully tuned suspension, differential, and some engine optimisation.

sooo, yeah, it is a really good lap, and it is achievable, but you really have to get into the settings and tweak them to death

  • @serginietor Only two more weeks before I get home to play : / That sounds hopeful a :56. Is it about 59 with just Sport soft? (I just want to gauge how good it is using the normal Tsukuba rules ).

  • @No0031 yeah, maybe with a good lap and a correct setup you can clock a 59.XXX with just sport softs.

with my stock Amemiya I managed a 58.5 with sport softs and no tuning, which is nice, but I still can shave off some tenths.

Add me on PSN, I'll send you a private message with my nickname

  • @serginietor Yeah I've saved your PSN in my emails, will add you when I get back. Just a question regarding the first hairpin do you take the racing line, a modified racing line or just drift around it? I know the last hairpin before the straight needs a normal racing line in time attack to make use of the striaght

  • My 08 civic is at 413 hp. I need more !!!!!! Lol

  • I thought this was real at first.. lol

  • holy shit hella fast

    what mods?
