This was very popular in the Philippines. Until now it's still being played on radio stations there. I think it's about time they released this album in CD format. Mark Sherman is NO one hit wonder. He is an accomplished musician and i may add, underrated.

First heard this tune in the late 80s. Fell in love with my asawa with this song in the background, on Olongapo radio araw-araw. Never heard the song after we left the Philippines. In 2005 we went back for the first time in 15 yrs. In the taxi from the airport, this song came on the radio, welcoming us home. After 23 years of marriage, we have had many changes in our life. Love of good music, and each other, thankfully, is not one of them.

He has played jazz vibraphones with people like Aretha Franklin and Celine Dion. Mr Sherman comes from Bronx, NY, USA. So do I. As you can see, lots of pinoys and pinays love his work. if you did not type that, you should grab one of Mark Sheman's drumsticks and play a tune on the 'ulo' of whoever did!
