The exception were the RM`s we had in Wycombe Garage, which were fitted with lower ratio back axles to enable them to get up Amersham Hill, wycombe. This mean`t we only had a top speed of about 40.

the Driver uses the Gears well in this, he loves picking up speed quickly

@mrspivvy hi it was flat out for this one, it was restricted to 52 Mph, without it they normally go about 70-80 Mph tops

@kevthejoker That's very impressive! I knew the green line RMs had higher gearing, but that's coach levels of performance. excellent, and I want one.

@mrspivvy hi there not many drivers use first gear to pull away but the gearing on RMs are excelent in 3rd gear on this one you can hit about 35 before the engine starts to struggle but 4th gear is the last and final and it has a very long ratio before it struggles.Some rms if there restricted to 52 like this one it has a rev restrictor, this engine is very reliable and quick and what was good between 5:01 and 5:14 needed to slow down because of the 40 MPH speed camera. i think you should get 1
