Love the floors. You can make any place into a fairly normal looking home with a little imagination and some work. After all "Home is what and where you make it".

I kind of like high ceilings myself. The thing is, your home looks like... a home. Not like a basement or a storm cellar. I think a lot of people still don't realize that an earth-sheltered home can be pretty normal.
