In his case it wasn't that cops planted evidence, but that they withheld evidence that proved his innocence. In his case it wasn't that cops planted evidence, but that they withheld evidence that proved his innocence. That was back in the 60s I think, but cases of wrongful convictions where police have planted evidence have been around for 1000 years or more in Europe. Long before the US was even 'civilised'.

raiding someones house with out confirming that there is something wrongat that location is a waste of tax payers money and shouldnt they know that it was a local mayors residence and put the mayor under investigation or atleast steak out the location?
