I live in the northern part of Alabama that the tornado that hit. We lost many members of our community, and I just thank God that we list the few that we did. He was watching over us. It may have destroyed all our possessions, but it could never take away our love and faith, that things will get better. Thank you Lord. God bless
You know whats great about this video. Even if great tragedy strikes America we are able to all come together and help each other up. we had a flooding happen in Idaho and at that time I was in the Young Marines, Division 6 Northwest Regiment 1st Battalion Idaho Gem State Unit and I threw on my uniform and helped neighbors, rescue their pets and family, I was able to almost give my life up for someone else's. I wish I could think that everyone could do that. God bless Alabama and Bless America.
Im a 5 time combat 37 yo Marine, I lived in Harvest, And god help me I have never fought a war as hard as I did that day to keep my family alive as my house fell in on us, We won, we lived, and to the ones in my nieghborhood I could help I thank god for the strenth, and to the ones I couldnt. Im sorry and god bless you! Semperfi

wow I dont think I have ever felt the way i did when I saw this. I pray that everyone can rebuild I live in fl so I dont see stuff like this. I want to help can you tell me how I can or what I can do to help these people. Thank you for letting people know what happened, and I can only pray that there will be enough people out there who want to help.
This video reminds me of Joplin,MO. I grew up around Joplin and it was soul crushing to see the town in ruins, hear the stories, and watch the videos. It brought back memories of the tornado I survived years ago in Gladstone,MO that hit my apartment complex. This song is so amazing and it's correct...what I lost paled in comparison to what I still had left, My family. I hugged my daughter and thanked god for all that I had left.
Check out my video Wickedly Beautiful a compilation of videos that grabbed me including the Tuscaloosa tornado, set to some great music. My heart goes out to everyone effected by these disasters.Stay strong and move forward.

TY for this video! Brought tears to my eyes. I have friends who were affected by the tornado and it's so sad. Can you tell me where the pics were taken? I think one of my friends is in one of the clips, but I am unsure if it's her.
Makes me sad... It was supposed to go thru my back yard but it kinda turned. That tornado was a E F-5 tornado the highest it can get. When i drove thru the places that got hit everything was just...Destroyed and it theres just no way to describe it.
thank you for doing this! i'm from walker county & there's so much damage there, it's just sad to think something like this could happen & to have so many precious lives taken away...
Ive actually been to some of these locations shown in the pictures
