It wasn't on TV as far as I know, are you confusing with the BBC Children In Need concert where Snow Patrol performed with Cheryl Cole? There may be a DVD but they performed 3 nights with a different guest each night on this song, may be on main DVD, may be on extras.

Saw Stereophonics, Killers, Children In Need and Snow patrol there this year. The David Gilmour Remember That Night one of the finest concert videos ever released, such a special atmosphere that brings out the best in so many performers.

He is an actor, much loved for writing and appearing in the BBC Comedy Gavin And Stacey as well as being in the film The History Boys. In Gavin And Stacey they used Chasing Cars and You Could Be Happy to very poignant effect.
