Hey guys. I just found out that your account needs to be an over 13 account. When I made it, I was only 11. But if it doesn't work even if you entered the code, then it's because your account is under 13 years of age.
well since ki updated a few months ago a redeemable card can not open open chat you gotta give them a credit card it sux but thtas the way of the game now

Try clicking on "Unlock Parental Controls". It should unlock the options. If that doesn't work, contact Kingsisle.
