I've tried every permissions plugin, and in my opinion, PermissionsEx is the best, it's as easy to use as Permissions 2 or 3, AND it supports superperms. So i recommend it ALOT if you need a permissions plugin.

@yeoming1289 You need a Permissions plugin and a chat plugin, I personally prefer EssentialsChat or HeroChat like he said in the video. HeroChat's pretty difficult to use, so i would recommend EssentialsChat.

@lordemosewa Remember that your friends connect to YOUR server. Whatever you apply to YOUR server applies to everyone that plays on it. Meaning they don't have to install anything. (if you don't have like a super complicated server which I think you don't.) Hope this helped! Good luck!
