I think you should start making videos where you speak! and you are NOT fat. lol and im scared if i lose weight i will lose what little boobs i have!! has this happend to you? lol

Dear teen, I think you look awesome! I am also about 135, I have two small children and am on day 3 of P90X. You are very motivating. My suggestion is to get rid of all white bread, pasta, and chocolate in the house! You can do this! Good luck to you.

What you should be focusing on now is tone, not weightloss. Unhealthy weightloss will just eat away at your muscle and put strain on your organs.

we all have different perceptions of our bodies. You do not have to watch my videos if you do not enjoy them, I make videos on how I feel and what I see in the mirror. I only use words in my videos, so I chose to use photographs so people will be more inclined to watch. Sorry if you don't like them, but that's the way I make them.
any mentally normal person [and especially those who actually NEED to lose weight and ARE fat] will be somewhat if not extremely upset by a 16 year old girl saying she's fat when she only weighs 133, because you my dear have the mindset of someone with an eating disorder, and seeing as you are only eating about 1000 a day, you DO have an eating dissorder. You need 1400 just to function properly. you're starving yourself. which is why you gained.

Weight loss journys are usually about being positive and I think that if you try to focus on even small things like the word choices... it might really help with your motivation and self control! If you make a bad choice next time make up your mind ahead of time as to what to eat so you will not have a choice. I know its hard but if you do it often enough it will get easier to eat the healthy food automatically.

PASTA has same nutrition as bread IT IS THE BEST FOR YOU BODY EVER... it's the sauce/spread you put on it that makes you fat!
