@AlmightyBungholio9 there are kits you can buy for screen printing and speedball paint is popular for printing on fabric. I recently came across a blog from someone who used nylon stocking stretched across an embroidery hoop. They painted the negative image on with NON-water-soluble glue and let it set. Then that was it, they painted through it as normal and washed it when done.
