NO I never got my money back, and yes I sended her lots, lots of emails, I even told her that I got the bank statement where shows the purchased to her store, she didn't care. I dont recomended, I still don't like it.

I hate the website too, they shipped my stila kitten e/s that's supposed to come with the pot, but they only gave me the pot WITHOUT the kitten e/s! and they refused to do a replacement saying that the e/s was in the pot when they were shipped.

The soft light is gorgeous is the bronzer ummm shimmery? I was interested in buying but can't tell if its matte! Also I like the dazzle glass looks like a pretty color but I dont even wear my reg Mac lipglass because they are sticky =/

u should check if u enter all the correct things in the payment section..u know the credit card number and name...or..maybe u should try like 30min or 1h later..they maybe r doing some update on the website...
