We washed it off even though we were told not to. If you don't, it sticks in your uniform and keeps irritating the shit out of you. It is worse at first when washing but it quickly let's up and you don't really notice it unless the uniform you wore is still rubbing up against you. It's almost like a liquid crystal so if it's still on you (even dry) if you start to sweat, it will re-activate.

Anyway, during my 5 years, they continually lost our training records, and most of us ended up going nearly 4 times a year. Anyway, the reason behind the training is to learn to properly wear and use the gas mask, and of course, to make sure yours still works...because it would suck if it didn't.

Ive oc sprayed 1 time in the military COAST GUARD, then by a freaking civilian who thought it was me that cut him off by is victory was shortly stopped when I got him arrested for assaulting an officer and assault with a deadly weapon. Ive oc sprayed 1 time in the military COAST GUARD, then by a freaking civilian who thought it was me that cut him off by is victory was shortly stopped when I got him arrested for assaulting an officer and assault with a deadly weapon. OC is know joke it can for days. Just make sure you shower with your head back. The best way to get rid of the burn is to put cold A/C from your car on it. and a cold rag to wipe it off.

after i got sprayed i did use baby shampoo on my face. but dont actually get in the shower it reactivates and will run down your body and from what i hear its worse on your junk

Oh my god hell yeah it is! I had a really nasty reaction when I got OC sprayed. When I went to wash it out the water it rolled down my body into my pants. My balls for on fire for HOURS...it wasn't pleasant at all. Baking Soda and Baby Shampoo boys and girls!
