Getting pregnant as a teen, may ruin your plans- but for some of those girls, abortion probably wasn't an option, they have their own religion and rights. Once they have that baby things change, they realize that this is an extrodenary gift and how wonderful life is- yes other stuff has been put on hold but nothing else matters.
