If it wasn't for political voting, this wouldn't have been last. I think this is underrated. Josh is underrated. So much so I entered this into a talent show once. And I won. I think the last few notes and the backing vocalists ruined it for Josh. It sounded like the backing vocalists were singing a different song. You can hear the audience clapping along. Even the Norwegian royalist was clapping. This deserved at least 50 points. I don't know about you, but this sounds good to me. Underrated.

@formulacountdown The political voting argument doesn't even wash at all in 2010. Most of our points came from the 'evil east' and the song came last with the juries too. This song seemed incredibly cheesy and dated compared to everything else in the final and sounds as if it comes from a completely different age from Lena's song. Despite two re-workings of this song, it simply couldn't be saved.

The way the voting goes these days, unless the UK presents a really good song it will really bomb. Blue this year did really well on the tele votes coming in fifth but the juries put them 21st! What we didn't know is the juries judges the song before the final and boys had a horrendous time in that run through. The Big Five can still win this competition, Germany proved that in 2010, but it will need a really fantastic song. When quality songs win, like in 2009/ 2010 it raises the quality later.
