It is in a sense. My interpretation is that it's a continuation. In Embryo, Kyo-san talks about a girl who gets raped by her father and is pregnant with the child. In this song, he talks about a girl packing everything into the car and driving off a cliff with her and a child that is her daughter and sister inside.
