What's clear is that all the high level CIA guys of that era are well aware that there was a conspiracy to kill JFK. Very few are privy to the full body of the conspiracy. But they have all been sanctioned to put out any version of the events as they see fit. In short the CIA has accepted the fact that the people know there was a conspiracy. I'm skeptical about what this confession proves. Hunt says; "I heard from Frank". Who is Frank? Hunt also says he was a "benchwarmer". Did Hunt get this info from "frank" or was he part of the plan as a backup? This info could only be as reliable as "frank" or maybe just speculation. Hunt seems to be saying the motivation was for LBJ to be Pres. I believe JFK was probably killed b/c wanted to expose secret societies, to eliminate the fed reserve and/or turned down operation north woods. (cont)

(cont) I believe there is a misconception by some that a conspiracy to kill JFK requires a second shooter. Oswald makes a perfect patsy(the loan weaponized anthrax factory Mr. Ivins reminds me of Oswald) and may have been given money, training, intel and recon by those who wanted JFK dead. There is evidence that highly suggests Hunt was involved in, and was one of the highest up people in the plot to kill JFK. According to Marita Lorenz, Hunt was the man that paid off the assassins at a Dallas motel the previous day. I also think there's more to it than LBJ wanting to be President.
