In F1 there are only one 1 or 2 cars which can win the championship.We know who they are after the first race.In Nascar there are many lead changes any driver can win any race and the championship is always tight.

Montoya's won on a couple road courses, but hasn't done anything on ovals except for 2009. And, I don't get your point; If NASCAR has more money and competition than the other series, that makes it without a doubt the pinnacle of motorsports. Like you said, I've never seen a NASCAR driver use the Sprint Cup series as a stepping stone to get into the Indy Car series.

What Im saying is that I cant consider NASCAR as the pinnalce of motorsport. It's not a World Championship, the cars have little to nothing to do with the companies that make them, besides the stickers and engine. WRC, MotoGP, some F1 teams, LeMans, and many touring car series all have a lot of manufacturer support. I wish they could hop from country to country, but it won't be possible. I'd call it the pinnacle of North American motorsport, but never world motorsport.

If you went to a nascar event you see how much exciting it is then F1. the circle makes fans see the entire track so if there is a crash then you will see it. in F1 the track is so big from the left and rights that you cant see everything.
