What they're talking about is this guys Yugioh deck which he won a very big tournament with called YCS(Yugioh Championship Series) It happens every couple of months and players all over the country gather at the city that is hosting it to compete. Winnig or even topping in this event gets you a lot of respect in the yugioh community. In this vid he's showing his deck. You would have to be a duelist to fully understand this.
