you don t need to cut the jumper up just cut off the arms and stick them on your legs

Hi I made some leg warmers the other day for my daughter, I used a sweater like you did but I cut out the sleeves, then cut the bottom hem of the sweater and sewed this around the top of the sleeves (where I cut). It was super easy and they look so cute worn with a skirt or over skinny jeans, and they look and feel so cuddly and warm!

i've been wanting a pair of leg warmers for a while but i dont like buying em at the mall, cause they cost way too much in my opinion.

i am not too good at sewing, however i think that this vid was simple enough and maybe i could get my friend to let me borrow her machine.

@Phaythful Its that and due to the way I cut the jumper :) If you didnt want the flair cut it straight :) It will work just as well :)

@poyitosoyyo Not with that particular jumper, or they would be more like socks, You could if the jumper was a massive size, but this one was a small size.
