getting the access is denied in cmd when trying to launch acme. I am the only account on my computer running win 7 Home with all updates and it is an administrator account.

Anyone with access denied issues, unzip the acmeinstaller file and drag the acmeinstaller file inside the folder that you just created to the palm directory only it does not want the zip or the folder but program inside the folder. yes, the program has the same name as the folder. yes, it is really stupid.

Hi Guy, I have a problem, I hope someone can help me. I installed android following the step above. My touchpad boot in Android and all functinonallity is ok, but when my touchpad stay turned on for 15 minutes my touchpad die! And nothink can make boot again, i must wait for all battery finish, then i connect in the charge and it came live again. I dont know what is going wrong, Does anybody already had this kindy of issue? Any Help?

Man this is the best video to install CM7 on the HP TP. THe instructions they gave were for pros, yours are for average users. It took me 10minutes but that was because I watched the video 3 times and had to figure out how to enter commands. Thanks a million.

Every one that is having problem with the novacom part, Make sure you place the UNZIPED file of ACMEInstall NOT ACMEIistall.zip into /programs/palm,inc

Files\Palm, Inc I get this C:\Program Files\Palm, Inc> so I believe novacom

is installed correctly? Its at this point Im confused I've clicked and

dragged the ACME Installer into the command prompt ?

@petefire15 When you install Novacom, the directory C:\Program Files\Palm, Inc is created. Just cut the ACMEInstaller and paste it into that directory. You can also use any other directory if you want to. Just change the path in CMD accordingly for Novacom to find it.

@Hariz27 For step 9. Do you mean just go to the start menu and type in C:\Program Files\Palm, Inc and the folder should be there? Then cut and paste the zip ACMEInstaller file into the folder? Thank-you in advance. That's the biggest problem I have.

@markb2106 Havent been using cyanogenmod on my SGS2 but its 2.6.35 palm tenderloin Kernel, probably a custom Kernel for the Touchpad. Getting close to 2800 on Quadrant but feels much smoother in general.
