One wonderful dating site you might like to try __'Tall'loving*СoM__Granted I haven't been in the online dating world in awhile but I met some really cool people and made some great relationships from that site.
Interviewer missed the point that John and Paul loved each other and that Paul knew and understood John and even his "bitchiness". Would have been cool if she explored the wonderful parts of the relationship and what sounds like a coming to terms and peace and maybe forgiveness on Paul's part. Thumbs up to Paul for his openness and conduct befitting the gentleman that he is!
Why do interviewers from TV shows always bring up the shitty stuff that happened? "Did you hear what people say about you?" no I don't really ca...*interviewer pulls out paper and starts labelling off insults from the internet*. Most of this interview had nothing to do with The Beatles.
"when someone like john lennon says you play muzak it hurts". nice glimpse of paul showing his true feelings for john, the whole younger kid looking up to the older talented band mate that was john. only person in the world who could hurt paul. in his mind, his only equal.
Creating great music is no indication that you'll be any good at being interviewed, so it's a blessing that McCartney excels at both. He always seems comfortable no matter what the subject, and has thoughtful and interesting answers to every question.
@Jennyjkc i read about the beatles urvryday. i agree with you, john could be a fucking asshole to his wife, friends, child. but he also was a very caring man. its a common trait to for ppl who are deeply emotional, to guard themselves with this "asshole" bravado. its easy to forget john lennon was a human....humans are flawed.
@Jennyjkc John, was not a "douch." He was honest, and not always in a good way. Everything Paul said about John was correct if you were to read biographies about The Beatles, excluding the one Albert Goldman wrote about John. That biography was largely made up garbabe that no one gave any credibility too. That's what made John and Paul's relationship so great. In many ways they were the odd couple. John was loud and abrasive and Paul was more of the reserved crowd pleaser.
I guess Paul couldn't be honest for Beatle Political reasons. If he was honest he would have said "JOHN BROKE UP THE BEATLES. I DIDN'T WANT THE BAND TO END!" That's the truth. And why did John break up The Beatles? WE ALL KNOW THE ANSWER TO THAT!!!
@BeatleUniversity no if he was honest he would say that he didn't realize how much John loved Yoko until he hurled some unrepeatable and unforgivable insult at her. It doesn't matter what you or Paul or anyone else thinks of Yoko Ono. She was SACRED to John Lennon and neither John nor Yoko should take any shit about it. They don't owe the world a damn thing. Now you all need to get lives. This was 41 years ago.
@mlynn1231 Umm.. I have a life, thank you. And I am NOT a Yoko hater, or a Yoko basher! By no means. But we cannot deny or lie to ourselves the number 1 contributor to the Beatles break up either. We are adults. We have to see the facts and accept them.
@BeatleUniversity They were grown men who made a decision about their own personal lives. Yoko Ono didn't cause that decision to be made any more than had John read Tea Leaves and they told him to leave the band. John's a grown fucking man. These are grown fucking men. Get over this.

No, they really aren't. Maybe they're the greatest 'team', but individually, Brian Wilson is probably the greatest. Him or Dylan.

Does this bitch realize who she's talking to? Paul gets a FAIL for agreeing to be interviewed by this imbecile.
mlynn1231 1 month ago
I am so surprised he even answered those questions.
She repeated every possible hurtful words she could
come up with. Rich, Isolated, tired, bring in the wicked Women?
How is that better than, "Broads"?
Insipid? Puerile? Had to look that one up :P
That said, I did hear some good explanations from Paul
I had never heard before. The whole collaboration question
involving Roger and Hammerstein was kind of cool. I can see why he wouldn't want to
do this very much.
