Fuck this, guys. Instead of doing this hard trick, grab yourself a Freeway motorcycle, drive to Area 69, park the motorcycle beside the vent and get off the bike, you'll go right through the vents and appear inside the base !

enter tank, then exit

you will be inside the place

to do it. stay any hight at first and whenn u get 2 the water. get low and the screen will be black. dont worry. go straght to the marker. when you get there go to the dirt between the buildings. its there.

there is an easer way all you do is take a freeway and it cant be any other bike (i tryed)and go to the air vent that closes in the mission and ride next to it really close get off and it will glitch in there.

i dont use cheats unless i go explore the interior universe, take random pictures or go through area 69. btw, theres another glitch where you get a freeway and park it near this one air vent and exit the bike, you should be in a room with a minigun pickup.

FAUX il y a bel et bien une sortie dans la base!! Pour cela, il faut repasser dans l'onworld. Prenez le Jet Pack qui se trouve dans la tour ou vous entrez. Puis montez et progessez dans la base jusqu'a arriver dans une grande salle ( celle ou il y a un pare-balle sous le grillage a vos pieds). Puis utilisez le Jet Pack et fouillez le toit. A un moment vous repasserez dans l'onworld. Il ne vous reste plus qu'aller hors de la base et de vous laisser tomber !

actually there is a way out, at least on the ps2, i havnt tried it on my pc yet, but if you go to the inspection area with the grates on and go to the one thats lifted up, stand in the hole and etpack up and you out, then you can move away from the base, drop down and your out, you will be pleased to know thereis a gattling gun in area 69 aswell.
