I was surprised by this pick, because I thought they were gonna go after a guy like Kulikov or Schroeder. Not saying that taking De Haan 12th overall was a bad choice, especially since I thought he was underrated anyway, but I thought De Haan could easily have been there by the time No. 16 rolled around. I guess Snow must've heard something from one of the other teams.
