Max Manus was only 1, im sitting on alot of information here after my grandfather, that would really make a movie.

Little fun fact: The movie didn't have any sort of outstanding budget AT ALL :P
Its not even on the top ten list of high budget Norwegian films (Yes, believe it or not, there are more than ten...)

@ninpokid actually, it is the most expensive all-Norwegian film ever made, with all-Norwegian i mean no cooperation with other countries

Nice review! But the whole "man of war" thing is silly. It's not like he was some random Norwegian rambo. In Norway it is simply called "Max Manus":th

I am form Norway and this movie was good, but not that great.
I find it strange that the movie has the wors "Man of War", because in Norway we had only the name Max Manus.
Just say Max Manus guys, then we all know what it is about.
But there is some small parts where they talk english.
