I swatched Iceland today and it is so pretty! But it didnt look very nice on its own when applied on the eyes. :( Is it meant to be used only as a highlighter or on top of another eyeshadow?

OMG, these are so intense and beautiful. I have a duo called "Balthasar" check it out. It looks like what is called "Aztec Gold" or "Old Gold". Thanks girl, I love all these colours and it would be great if you could make a tutorial with any of them. Absolutely stunning!

I prefer the higher-end cosmetics, because they are worth the money for their quality and where I'm at, they always have free gifts with purchases!

I have a question: what do you think about Clinique products? I recently bought some Clinique eyshadow for the first time, and the pigment doesn't seem strong to me. Would a primer or dampening the brush first work?

you should try, Mac's paint, and get a color closest to your skin, i also like HIP's, its about the same.

hi. this isn't about eyeshadow but when i bought cheap brushes at walgreens tons of black dye and bristles came out. i've cleaned them like 7 times. are the dyes that harmful?

I had that happen to a brush I also got at walgreens!! I washed it about 3 times, and then I got some DYE remover from walmart (where they have RIT fabric dye) it's the RIT brand and I washed them with that and then washed it like normal and it got all the excess dye out! Good luck! They are good brushes for the price so it was worth it to save them!

I love Strada-- it's one of my favorite shadows. I always see Rated R and I always want to buy it, but I just don't know what I'd do with it. Misfit is gorgeous as well. NARS also has those kick ass "Multiples" they are the in stick form (like a stick foundation) but you can wear them as blush or lipstick- fabulous!!

ppl staying in US are really lucky...here in UK everything is so much more expensive...for NARS it cost 23£ for each duo palette which is around 46$...i like nars also but when i look at the price difference i don't feel like buying anymore...one more thing is...here is very difficult to find Shu Uemura product...i wish i had chosen US to study haha

They're $74 in Australia. We have the most expensive makeup in the world. I loaded up when I was in the UK coz it's two thirds the price over there. The US definitely have it the best though - by a BIG margin!

Mahalo nui loa for the NARS review. Love NARS, have all their duos....really fun quality products, I like to layer them over cream shadows, they have a holographic effect if you use a contrasing base cream shadow.

NARS is an internationally known brand, it should be available almost anywhere in the world :) but I believe Europe actually more NARS available.
