Some bookies i know suggested that some intricate scam was being performed to pave the way for further prosecutions of similar. It was implied to me by said bookies that it was just a money transfer between criminal gangs...but done under the guise of a legal fight and that the bookie in question who was found guilty was somehow complicit in his own downfall...bookies make claims of conspiracy very rarely they are normally on the recieveing end of conspiracy allegations..
I was very interested in the gambling case that was brought. It sent shockwaves through the bookmaking establishment over here in Ireland...many bookies / private layers couldnt believe what went down and how it transpired..the racing post website has many articles on it.
how has this only gotten 92 views in 2 years..what a joke..im am 100% sure more people would have searched for jurisdiction law and found this vid than 92 people in 2 years...
