I have a problem. I made my tention wrench and hook pick out of long needles.they workbut wen I try to pick my 140 I can get the first pin down easy but when I try to get the second it won't go all the way down. When I let up on the tention the 2nd goes down but the first comes back up. Then when the second is down the first willNOT stay down. Any suggestions? Plz mail me back

well that explains ALOT! im new to lockpicking and i went to the store and picked this one to learn on.... i dont have any pick sets or anything im just using a bobby pin, and i cannot for the life of me get it unlocked..... ='(

and my house door lol that has 3 security pins

so im gonna get my dad to change the locks

I get the false set, then when I push up on the spool pin I lose all my other pins. I don't even let off much tension.... hmmm
