Mike Morelli says that he hopes that Shay Sorrells stays on the ranch. I am also pulling for Shay. Shay and Daniel were at risk for elimination in week 3, but in the end it was Sean and Antoine who were eliminated, since they have a lot of fitness support at home, and it would be unwise to send Shay home. Week 3 also reveals that Antoine has fallen in love with the first person to be sent home, who is Alexandra.

I recorded the season premiere and the start of that episode showed really short clips from various episodes. 2 of these clips came from an episode that involved a trip to Washington DC. When I watched through these parts in slow motion I saw Ali standing in front of the White House with ONLY these 9 contestants

Tell Max that one step at a time is fine for him if that's what he's doing, as long he sticks with it. I've read elsewhere that dropping 10% of your body weight every 6 months makes a huge difference in your health as long as you keep it off at the end of that time. I too want to know how he and your Dad are doing... not just b/c I'm nosy, but because I really care about them both.... you've got a great family there, Mike.

. Dr. H fromt he show said I was much to small for my body type and needed to gain weight. Now I admit I've slacked a little since the show but it is impossible to keep that intensity. I have gained about forty pounds since the finale. Thirty of which is muscle and about ten of fat. I'm now working on getting rid of that and back into "fighting form" sorta speak.

In an interview, Mike said Dr. H from the show told him to gain some weight back because 181 wasn't a healthy weight for someone his height and age. An appropiate weight for Mike would be 210 or 215.

Unless Mike is 6 foot nine or he has put on 40-50 pounds of muscle mass, 210 is not an ideal weight, nor is 181 anywhere near underweight. You can see in Mike's face he can afford to trim up a bit more.

I really don't know anything about this stuff, I'm just repeating what I heard. Even though Mike has put on some weight, it's not a big deal, and he looks very good. In fact, he looks pretty darn healthy if you ask me. Even if he is a couple pounds overweight, that's pretty normal thanks to what they give you in cafeterias.

Mike did have a lot of muscle mass after training for all that time, so he should have weighed more than just 181.... You could see he didn't have any fat on him in the finale and was almost too muscular. If he's that muscular, then the 30 pounds or more of muscle he's carrying shouldn't count towards his bmi calculation. He looks fine here.

I want to get down to 170lbs. with a 32" waist. Are you still at 181lbs. or have you lost more weight or gained some weight back over the summer?
