im no driver, but he does seam amatuer, right at middle when he was shifting from 6 to 5 he was to high of rpm, then he went to 6 and he was the same rpm as he was in low 5

Gearbox is awfully short :) I like it. 1, bad start. 2, Amazingly nice correction at 0:22 3, I like using engine break like you did at 0:33 (sometimes it throws the back end out terribly tho) 4, wtf at 1:03? 5, technical stuff up at 1:39 :) 6,liked the video overall however it could've been 1-2 seconds better time on that.

its rallycross. For rallying you need to go that fast so they reduce the gear ratios to handle just up to 100 mph top speed. It depends on the stage they will adjust the gearbox. Play dirt 2 you will find out.

something's wrong with his shifting..maybe the gearbox had problems,i don't know..but the way he saved the car during the first 2-3 corners is amazing!!he stayed calm,very important!
