I was curious what the extra 20 dollar" Protect your investment" payment wall all about. I didnt know if it was a gimmic or what. I am looking to buy a $1400 PC from them. I am new to buying computers. I have never done this before. If i dont pay the extra 20, will they replace my computer if its broken when it arrives? Or will they say, its my fault for not paying

@caveman357 On the third page of ordering your computer (Services & Support) there's a section that says Warranty, that's good for 3 years of labor and 1 year of parts. That's the standard warranty, but I do believe you can upgrade it if you want.

I didnt get a fancy case tho i went for high end gaming FX-4100 850w thermaltake x2 radeon hd 6770s 8 gb corsair XMS3 ddr3 ram, i play wow and have been playing on low settings the last 3 years

@MegaD347H Why in god's name would you get two 6770's? You can get similar performance with one 6970 or 7970 while running ALOT cooler and using ALOT less power.

I got the Chimera 2 version it's the same case with some ibuypower logos on it only problem that it is a bit small to fit new generation graphics cards

the keyboard does have rise flaps, they just pull out from the side u dont flip them up from the back, i assume it makes them more durable

Well guys ill be honest with you, as soon as I started to make the folllow up video my WMM crapped out on me and wouldn't work. I tried everything I could to fix it but nothing worked. So i gave up on the vid, and forgot about it. This is the first time ive checked this video since I gave up and I'm suprised at the amount of views and responce. You will be glad to know I'm gonna start making the follow up as of today :)

Ibuypower gets bad reviews all the time with all the broken computers they ship out. Type in Ibuypower reviews in google, and go through it if you don't believe me. I actually learned of Ironside, the company who built my computer, man can I tell you they did an amazing job!!!! I'm mostly happy that It booted up without any problems. @shallow1000 yes, and i love it a liot. i have a radeon 6970 and 15 2500k processor and it runs every game amazing (from ibuypower) idk why people have complaints about them because they told me it was going to arrive on the 12th and it cam here at 12 and the afternoon.

the 20 bucks is not for the foam, it's for the packing they put inside the case that prevents your parts from coming loose. you don't know what you speak of.

For the exact model just click on the link in the description box. Ibuypower suggests i play WoW on high but, i can actually play on ultra without any issues! Ill have some video of it soon but unfortunately non of the screen cap software i have downloaded is working for me :/
