@ArianHodania i think alot of it is to do with different workouts, arnie and them did stuff just to tone up their mid section, basic crunches and mainly bodyweight stuff, nowadays they aim to build up every muscle, which means training even their abs as just another muscle like chest or quads, and i agree with @daedcpl too, there are much more supplements in todays bodybuilding which may increase the growth of the stomach and especially the core muscles which lies beneath the abs

I really have to say, this body is AMAZING!!!! And yes, when I look at him I wish I could look like this too, even for one day. But... I know what it takes to get that far and honestly, I prefer being "smaller" than living that kind of life. I know all about the sacrifices and I know, he must love this sport, every repetition, every set, every meal, day by day. Everyone of us has to find his sense of life, Obvioulsy he found it.
